Customer Care Officer (Digital Contact Centre)

What You’ll Do:

  1. Handles utilities related enquires and ensure prompt resolution to achieve customer satisfaction.
  2. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner to meet required service standards.
  3. Handles payment arrangement requests from customers.
  4. Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.


What You’ll Need:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in contact centre or similar environment.
  2. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  3. Able to work independently in a face-paced environment while being a cohesive team member.
  4. Self-directed, able to multi-task, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  5. Possess initiative to respond to customer’s needs with a commitment towards service excellence.
  6. Proficient in MS Office applications.
