Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Building Facility industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Facilities Service Engineer to join their Facilities Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Responsibilities of Facilities Service Engineer:
- Manage and coordinate project sites.
- Design and troubleshoot BMS systems, including HMI, controls programming, and controller panels.
- Oversee customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction with services and products.
- Ensure all work aligns with customer agreements (offer/PO).
- Report project progress to the Manager and update necessary documentation.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and customer training on installed BMS systems post-construction.
- Enforce company policies on quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma and Degree in Engineering or related field
- Min 1 -2 years experience in facilities management of commercial building
- Entry level is welcome as training is provided
