Job Description:

The Senior CRM Consultant will serve as a critical liaison between customers and internal teams on Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects, encompassing implementations, customizations, migrations, and more. This role requires oversight of various project aspects, including project management, business analysis, configuration, data handling, training, and support, with a primary focus on technical execution. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, meticulously organized, and proficient at prioritizing multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. They will hold ultimate responsibility for meeting customer requirements and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee execution and management of CRM projects.
  • Facilitate Design and Architecture Sessions: Conduct sessions with clients to define project direction and scope.
  • Mentor Other Consultants: Provide guidance and support in business analysis and technical skills to junior consultants.
  • Act as an Advisor: Offer strategic insights to clients and fellow consultants to enhance project outcomes.
  • Define Processes: Assist clients in establishing effective processes where none currently exist.
  • Best Practices Consultation: Advise on CRM processes, user interface design, and system architecture best practices.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive Functional and Technical Specifications and detailed project scope documents.
  • Task Management: Write specifications for customizations, data migration, and integrations.
  • Implementation Support: Facilitate resources in data migration, user training, and custom development initiatives.
  • Project Monitoring: Schedule work, supervise tasks, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Risk Management: Maintain a list of risks and issues, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Customer Communication: Ensure consistent communication and regular updates to guide projects successfully.
  • Training: Provide training sessions for super users and end users as needed.

Qualifications and Skillsets:

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in management, business analysis, or as a technical lead.
  • Sound knowledge and/or certification in project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large projects (6-18 months) with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of business processes, challenges, and technology relevant to sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Strong capability to balance short-term demands while maintaining a long-term vision for customer implementations.
  • Proficient in JIRA, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in coding and development related to:SQL Integration Services, Factory/Logic Apps, KingswaySoft
    SQL Reporting Services, Power BI
    MOSS/SharePoint Services
    SDK and/or Developer Toolkit
  • Familiarity with programming languages including C#, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Azure Services and API integration.

Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Years

Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
