Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. You will be an essential part of the club’s administration team, helping ensure smooth operations across various departments. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for football.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the Club Operations Manager and other staff with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing documents.
- Office Management: Oversee the general management of the office, including ordering supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Player & Staff Coordination: Help coordinate player logistics, including travel arrangements, training schedules, and accommodation.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing club events such as match days, press conferences, sponsor activities, and community outreach programs.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents such as match reports, sponsorship agreements, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Database Management: Maintain up-to-date records of players, staff, sponsors, and partners. Ensure all files and databases are organized and easily accessible.
- Fan Engagement & Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for fan inquiries, addressing ticketing questions, event queries, and general club-related matters.
- Financial Assistance: Process invoices, expense claims, and assist with budget tracking for club activities.
- Compliance Support: Ensure the club’s adherence to league and regulatory requirements by helping with filing reports and maintaining compliance documentation.
