Job Scope
- Prepare financial statements for two entities
- GST Submission on Quarterly Basis
- Issue Tax Invoices
- Record daily bank and cheque collection
- Prepare and send statements of accounts and monitor money collection
- Prepare payment for supplier invoices and monthly miscellaneous expenses in a timely manner
- Assist in leave and payroll matters for two entities
- Handling Staff Claims for two entities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum LCCI/Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of computerized accounting system
- Ability to meet deadline
- 2-3 years experience in accounting and finance
