Job Responsibilities:
- Perform regular ESD testing on equipment such as shelving, carts, and workbenches
- Conduct ESD sensitivity assessments to evaluate the vulnerability of devices to electrostatic discharge
- Operate various ESD testing tools, including ESD guns, probes, and simulators
- Accurately and thoroughly document test results
- Keep calibration records for all ESD testing equipment up to date
- Lead a team of coordinators and associates to deliver administrative support for Operations
- Manage order processing, and prepare and maintain reports, files, and records related to operations, correspondence, plans, and expenses
- Assist with coordinating and preparing necessary documentation for cargo movement
- Perform tracking and tracing tasks, and support daily warehouse operations, administrative activities, and communication
- Work closely with external partners to ensure smooth shipment processing
- Communicate with customers and address their inquiries
- Handle any additional administrative or ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirement(s):
- Possess Nitec in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry
- IT Savvy
