We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to develop engaging content that showcases the unique personality of Kings Cart Coffee, Ne Ne Neko, and Joo Chiat Oyster House. This role involves creating online and offline content, including social media posts, menus, and promotional materials for new food launches and events across our multiple F&B brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media:
- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute a content calendar for promotions, new launches, and brand updates.
- Develop multimedia content (images, videos, reels) to highlight our offerings.
Menu & Print Media Design:
- Design visually appealing menus, posters, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital and printed content.
Campaigns & Events:
- Conceptualize creative ideas for product launches, events, and seasonal promotions.
- Support in planning and executing offline activities and in-store promotions.
Branding:
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Create authentic storytelling that reflects the culture of our brands.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation (F&B experience is a plus).
- Strong portfolio in photography, videography, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other design tools.
- Experience in social media management and knowledge of analytics tools.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work nights when needed.
Nice to have:
- Experience in photography or videography, especially food styling.
- Familiarity with current coffee, pastry, and food trends.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (weekends when necessary). Flexible hours to cover night content creation for Neko and JCOH.
