Administrative Manager

As our Administrative Manager, you lead the administrative team, streamline processes, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative department. You will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity, driving process innovation, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and inspire our administrative team across Singapore and Malaysia
  • Oversee daily office functions
  • Spearhead initiatives that enhance productivity and refine process / procedures.
  • Maintain and manage the corporate calendar and execute events
  • Plan and execute management and department meetings
  • Collaborate with our internal programmers ensuring smooth operations for our systems.
  • Manage content and communication channels, ensuring the department stays informed and connected.
  • Approve purchases, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies in consultation with the stakeholders.
  • Work closely with department admins and HQ, playing a key role in supporting company-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, including remote team.
  • Dynamic and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and organize tasks and projects effectively.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Proficiency in office software and IT systems, with the ability to liaise with technical teams.
