Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory advice and support for compliance and technical requests in the region.
- Build relationships with governments, associations, local distributors, and third-party manufacturers to ensure compliance and approvals.
- Guide the supply chain on regulatory impacts of third-party warehouse activities and manage related documents.
- Support manufacturers in the region and review labels and safety data sheets for compliance.
- Coordinate and support product registration activities, and report these activities to stakeholders and the Global Regulatory Affairs Manager weekly.
- Assist with business development queries and explore business relationships for R&D projects.
- Train new staff on regulatory constraints and challenges.
- Implement new technologies and innovations relevant to company and customer needs, including regulatory processes and databases.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
- At least 4 - 6 years of regulatory affairs/ compliance experience, preferably from chemical manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
