Location: Singapore
Shift Pattern: Weekends (7:30am – 4:00pm) + Weekdays (10:30am – 7:00pm, 3 days a week)

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support across our client's firm both locally and globally. You will manage IT hardware, deliver timely support, and ensure adherence to service levels. The role focuses on resolving IT issues swiftly, with a strong emphasis on a first-time resolution strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and manage office IT services and hardware, ensuring adherence to set procedures and policies.
  • Offer first-line application support (e.g., productivity tools, business applications) to resolve or escalate issues.
  • Record, diagnose, monitor, and resolve IT requests and problems through the call management system.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, monitor IT systems, and maintain communication with global support centers.
  • Manage local office IT queues and assist in project management as required.
  • Assist in training, inductions, and user administration tasks.
  • Perform out-of-hours tasks when needed.

Shift Details- Important :
This role includes weekend shifts (7:30am - 4:00pm) and 3 weekday shifts (10:30am - 7:00pm) from Monday to Friday. During British Winter Time, shifts will adjust by one hour. Working in the office is vital for experience and aligning with company culture, with 50-80% of time spent on-site.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional experience as an IT L1-L2 Support Engineer
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in operating systems (Windows, macOS), network connectivity, and hardware/software issues
  • Proficiency in user account management (Active Directory), remote desktop support, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with productivity tools like Office 365, basic scripting (PowerShell), and security protocols
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in technical documentation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting MS Office applications and handling IT equipment
  • A service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
