* Operate commercial dishwashing machine to wash all crockery
* Hand wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed
* Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards
* Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated area
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in dishwashing area
* Clean and sanitize designated and common areas
* Sweep and mop floor as needed
* Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of any shortages
* Other ad-hoc duties as required
