Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail shop to ensure smooth functioning and achieve sales targets.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably in the optical industry.
- Diploma or degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Full Certificate Optician is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and retail software.
- Ability to work on public holidays and weekends.
