At AZ OPTICS CENTRE, we are dedicated to providing exceptional eyewear solutions and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operation Manager to join our team and lead our spectacle shop to new heights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail shop to ensure smooth functioning and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain inventory levels and oversee stock management.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail management, preferably in the optical industry.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Full Certificate Optician is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and retail software.
  • Ability to work on public holidays and weekends.
