Working Day: Mon to Fri

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm (must be flexible)

Location: Sunshine Plaza

Salary: $4000 - $5000


Summary:

We are seeking a competent Personal Assistant to provide essential support to the Chairman of the Group. You will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining the executive’s schedule, as well as performing various administrative tasks, corporate and personal matters to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes in multiple lines of business. You must possess exceptional time-management and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Requires full time availability with flexible hours.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • To coordinate with various stakeholders
  • Highlight important articles of the leading publications
  • Management of daily work, Communication at all levels, Inter and Intra, Political and Social, Letters and Corporate Communication, Communication at various Ministerial levels, Politicians, Ambassador.
  • Manage multiple tasks as assigned by the Chairman related to diverse lines of business, community, and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Key Deliverables:

  • Efficient and smooth operation of Chairman’s office in Singapore, Indonesia & India

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience as Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • High Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Related field. Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Knowledge in accounting will get preference
