Responsibilities:
- Recruiting process support, including but not limited to job advertisement, background checks, candidate resume screening etc.
- Track candidate pipeline activity in a timely manner and report back to necessary internal stakeholders.
- Data tracking and monitor data integrity through various trackers and systems, resolve data discrepancies, address and flag report findings to leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse key recruiting metrics to identify gaps and improvement areas, create reports when needed.
- Drive process improvement projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams in the region.
- Present problem finding and providing necessary training support to recruiting teams to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Attention to details and ability navigate ambiguities autonomously.
- Proficient in execution and operational rigor, able to drive cross-team collaboration.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive/urgent situations by using sound judgement, care, and international sensitivity
- With 2+ years experience in recruiting or recruiting operations/projects, focused on recruiting process improvements is plus
- Experience developing and maintaining process documentation
