Duties and Responsibilities

· Day-to-day administrative duties and support including data entry, corresponds to emails and filing

· Provide assistance to colleagues with their inquiries

· Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) by using ERP system

· Create and close Manufacturing Order (MO) by using ERP system

· Close or Transfer Good Receiving Note (GRN) to specific department

· Work as a team by accomplishing related results as needed

· Perform 5S and any other ad-hoc duties assigned


Requirements

· Knowledgeable ERP System Software will be an advantage

· Resourceful in problem solving

· A team player with Good interpersonal and communication skill

· Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

· Meticulous with high accuracy in work submitted
