Job Description
· Candidate to work with Teachers to prepare resources in advance for lessons and science related activities (eg CCA). Help to purchase materials (if needed).
· Oversee and organize the inventory to ensure stock is well stocked.
· Maintain cleanliness of the two Science rooms.
· Conduct regular physical checks on Science room equipment to ensure that the equipment is in working order.
· Assist in science activities e.g. experiments during science lessons, recycling programme, enrichment activities, planting at plant plots/green wall at rainwater harvesting tank/glass enclosure and other adhoc activities
· Assist in any other duties as assigned by teacher-in-charge Level Head or Head of Department.
· General admin duties at the General Office such as attending to phone calls, manning the counter, filling and distribution of school materials.
· Any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer
Requirements
· Fluent in English
· Min GCE “O” Level.
· Pleasant personality with good knowledge on Science apparatus and equipment.
· Should possess good communication and writing skill.
· Able to have some gardening experience.
· Able to work under pressure.
Working hours
· Mondays to Fridays: 7.30am to 4.30pm inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
