- This position requires the applicant to be responsible for engineering and technical aspects within every project (Thermal Insulation / Mechanical).
- Job Scope: Execute and revise project work plans to cater to changing needs and requirements Supervise works to ensure timely completion and adhere to various standards.
- Liaise with Clients, Managers in preparation for site work and plan schedules Keep Project Manager well informed of status of project and coordinate communications between various departments and conducting the measurement and inspections.
- Prepare and submit project documents Attend site and office meetings and prepare progress reports to study project and design basis such as scope of work, overall project schedule, basic design data, client specification, client standard drawings and existing drawings.
- To assist in prepare schedule, manpower requirements, manhour distribution and execution plan based on the scope of work and approved budget manhour/schedule.
- To prepare Mechanical/Thermal Insulation information list and layout and document list following standard procedure created for the project.
- To carry our material ordering for Marine Components and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- To attend meetings and perform coordination with main-contractor and sub-contractors.
- To make monthly and weekly schedule refer to the master schedule.
- To coordinate with safety team and follow up safety related matters at site.
- Any other duties or activities that are assigned by the Manager from time to time.
- Min 10 years of working experience in Shipyard Marine Industries with 5years in Supervisory role.
- Required to work on Shipyards / Shifts
