Education and Experience Required :
- Graduate.
- Should have minimum 5 years’ experience in project planning/ scheduling/Project Controls.
- Experience in EPC company / Automation company is preferred.
Skills and Competency:
- Should be well conversant in Primavera P6.
- Should have a pleasing personality and good communication skills.
- Knowledge on Monthly consolidated reporting / Cost reporting shall be an additional advantage.
- Resource Loading, Basis of Earned value method (EVM)
- Multiple baseline Preparation monitoring and S Curve Reporting
- Float Analysis & Critical path analysis.
Job Role:
- Liaise with Project Manager and Lead Engineers to collaborate and collect progress updates
- Work with Document Controller and Project Controller (Overseas).
- Responsible for creating / managing / updating the project schedules in Primavera P6. Should also be aware of managing multiple baselines.
- Prepare regular progress reports & S-Curves as required
- Prepare monthly reports including Float/Gap analysis, Manpower Planning and Cost reports.
