1. Responsible for the operation of purchase and sale orders for domestic/foreign trade bulk commodities. Applicants with experience in agricultural products, ore, and coal operations will be given priority.
2. Communicate with upstream and downstream personnel to handle various matters during business execution.
3. Responsible for processing documents related to trade contracts, letters of credit, receipts and payments, etc., to ensure the accuracy of documents and various terms.
4. Track ship dynamics, communicate and operate the company's relationship with ports, shipping agencies and freight forwarders.
5. Complete job objectives and other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in international Trading, Maritime Mathematics, Statistics, Financial, Logistic, Business Management, Economics or relevant.
2. Have about 2 years of operating experience in the field of international/domestic trade of bulk commodities.
3. Practice and understand the international trade, domestic trade, cargo shipment, contract terms, documents, letters of credit and other related knowledge of bulk commodities.
4. Be meticulous and rigorous in work, have strong coordination and communication skills, be proactive, have a high sense of work responsibility and the ability to complete work independently.
5. Be sensitive to business, have internal control and compliance awareness, have strong logical analysis ability, and have teamwork spirit.
岗位职责：
1.负责内/外贸大宗商品购销单证实操，有农产品、矿石、煤炭操作经验者优先考虑。
2.沟通联系上下游，处理业务执行过程中各项事务。
3.负责处理贸易合同相关单据、信用证、收付款等工作，确保单证及各项条款的正确性。
4.跟踪船舶动态，沟通及操作公司和港口、船代及货代的关系。
5.完成岗位目标和上级下达的其它任务。
任职要求：:
1.国际贸易、金融、物流类的相关专业，大学本科或以上学历；英语四级或以上。
2.具有大宗商品国际/国内贸易领域2年左右操作经验。
3.实操并了解大宗商品的国际贸易、国内贸易、货物装运、合同条款、单据、信用证等相关知识。
4.工作细致、严谨，协调沟通能力强，积极主动，高度的工作责任感与独立完成工作的能力。
5.对业务敏感，具备内控和合规意识，逻辑分析能力强，具有团队合作精神。
