Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sustaining stable Assembly Tape & Reel (TnR) performance in term of Yield and Cycle Time
- Support day to day operation and provide disposition for non-conforming lots
- Responsible for data collection of NPI devices / Ramp-up initial production
- Responsible for monitoring process performance and risk management during project implementation related to quality, productivity, cycle time and cos reduction
- Analyse and resolve assembly process related problems particularly on defect correlation from Post Saw Inspection (AOI) vs TnR process, various TnR issues resulting to rework and frequent hold lots
- Establish optimum process and provide support to train operations team
- Knowledgeable in Design / Process FMEA, OCAP and Process Specification and related development and characterization reports
- Validate and implement specials customer requirements at TnR process
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics and Communications or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ exposure to Assembly Operations particularly on Tape & Reel process or Auto-Vision Inspection Process
- Experience on Wafer Laser Marking and Post Saw Inspection (AOI) an advantage
- Musthave basic knowledge in Design of Experiment (DOE), SPC and other Quality Tools
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
