Overview
The primary focus of the role, encompassing 70% of your time, will be strategic planning across digital and offline channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for operational efficiency, client collaboration, and leadership development to drive exceptional results.
Strategic Planning (70%):
Comprehensive Marketing Plans:
- Develop robust strategic marketing plans across digital and offline channels, allocating resources effectively to channels such as social media, display advertising, publishers, TV, print, and out-of-home advertising.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams with client and agency’s local market teams in the creation of integrated marketing plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and driving measurable ROI across both digital and offline platforms.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
- Utilize research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness across all channels.
Brand Alignment:
- Craft messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with the client's brand identity and target audience, ensuring consistency and impact across digital and offline touchpoints.
Performance Measurement:
- Define clear performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success, providing regular reports to clients with actionable insights for optimization across all media channels.
Operational Excellence (Remainder of Time):
Team Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership to the planning team, overseeing day-to-day operations, including training, development, and performance management.
Product & Platform Integration
- Be the champion of Dentsu’s product platform to and drive integration of our product across the client’s business to improve quality of strategy and planning recommendations, streamline ways of working and planning processes, and unlock revenue growth.
Client Collaboration:
Client Engagement:
- Act as the main liaison with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and delivering tailored marketing solutions that exceed expectations across digital and offline platforms.
Leadership Development:
Best Practices Guidance:
- Offer expertise and guidance to account management and creative teams on digital and offline marketing best practices, fostering innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in media planning and digital marketing
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans across digital and offline channels
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and driving results
- Direct reporting to the Client Partner, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
