Responsibilities:
• Responsible for HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc.
• Business partner with the respective business units to provide value-added HR support and relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives and drive staff engagement programmes.
• Analyse the key challenges of the business operations and to provide sound advice and solutions to address the issues.
• Support hiring manager in recruitment and source for potential candidates through internal & external channels and to develop a pipeline of appropriate talent.
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding planning and execution.
• Work closely with line manager on annual performance review, design of training roadmap, employee communication and engagement activities.
• Provide HR advice and support to line managers on operational issues such as employee disciplinary issues, grievances and complaints.
• Provide HR information and analysis for management review and analytical purpose such as headcount report, salary survey and benchmark, manpower costing, etc.
• Handle and ensure timely submission of medical insurance claims and good follow-up.
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee’ record for accurate reporting.
• Involve in the yearly audit exercise.
• Handle all government statutory surveys, grant application and claim submission
• Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of HR generalist Business Partner experience with strong business acumen.
• Ability to provide HR advices to the business in a commercially sensitive and appropriate way.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
• Knowledge in overseas labour legislations and HR practices for countries include Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, China and Hong Kong, will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.
