Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities & Duties :·
Provide receptionist duties at front counter including answering phone calls, registration, maintaining appointments
Prepare and dispense medications
Cashiering duties including payment collection
filing for relevant claims
submission of e-Claims via claim portal etc
Administrative duties including maintaining simple filing, etc
Clinical duties including chaperoning doctor
Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines etc·
Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic·
Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor·
Assist in Nasoendoscopy and Clinic Procedure.·
Able to use Plato System
Requirements:· Working experience in a medical clinic (preferred), anyone willing to learn is welcome. Training is provided for employee with no exp.· Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn, work with a close team of colleagues, customer-oriented and with a high level of integrity.· Preferably can commence work immediately or short notice.· Good communication skills and a dedicated service attitude.
