Responsibilities:
- Responsible for simple full set of accounts
- Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
- Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
- Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent
- HR duties to include work pass application, payroll
- processing, CPF submission staff leave record, S -Pass and E-Pass application
- Banking matters - cheque deposits, token application etc
- Responsible for ensuring clients payment is paid on time
- Photocopying, arrangement and filing of vouchers
- Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in car trade/Hirepurchase
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Willing to run errands and travel out of office for banking and postage activities
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Candidate can start in short notice preferred
