Job Title: AVP Sales, APAC Region
Location: Singapore

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Vice President (AVP) Sales to oversee and grow our business in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the tyre industry, and extensive experience across key markets such as Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Australia, and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across the APAC region.
  • Manage relationships with key distributors, dealers, and partners within the tyre industry in targeted countries.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand market share and enhance profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Drive the achievement of sales targets and KPIs across all APAC markets.
  • Lead and mentor a regional sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of sales experience, with a mandatory background in the tyre industry.
  • Extensive experience managing sales across APAC countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Australia, and the Philippines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the tyre industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • MBA degree from a recognized institution.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
