Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience working with Java, Cobol and SQL.
• Experience in technical support or a similar role is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in operational support, including incident management, monitoring, and resolution
