F&B domain knowledge is a must
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with F&B business units to ensure alignment on IT projects, enhancing the overall service experience across restaurants and outlets.
- Be an integral part of the project team, delivering IT projects that support F&B operations within budget, on schedule, and adhering to internal processes and standards such as IT security and SDLC frameworks.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, SIT, UAT, and staff training for F&B systems, ensuring all necessary project documentation is in place.
- Work with team members, software architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to coordinate efforts, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery.
- Identify, manage, and resolve complex issues related to F&B IT systems, preventing escalations wherever possible.
- Stay informed of emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovations, particularly those relevant to enhancing F&B operations and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in technology with strong business analysis skills, particularly in the F&B or hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with how F&B and hospitality systems work together to provide seamless customer experiences.
- Experience creating tender documents, evaluating tenders, and managing contracts is advantageous.
- Proven ability to facilitate business users in defining problem statements, articulating business outcomes, and driving transformation or process re-engineering in F&B operations.
- Flexibility to manage multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Experience managing agile projects, especially those supporting F&B operations, is preferred.
