Working Days: 5 days, Monday- Friday

Working hours : 10.30am to 6.30pm


Salary : SGD 2400


Job scopes:

  1. Bookkeeping: Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining ledgers.
  2. Invoice Management: Processing accounts payable and receivable.
  3. Financial Reporting: Assisting in preparing financial statements and reports.
  4. Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accounts are accurate.
  5. Budget Assistance: Helping with budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
  6. Tax Support: Assisting with tax filings and compliance.
  7. Audit Preparation: Supporting audits by organizing and providing required documents.
  8. Data Entry: Maintaining accurate financial data in accounting systems.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 year accounting experience
  • Able to start in short notice
