Finance Manager

Our client is in is the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team.


Work Details:

- Address: Changi South Street 3
- Monday to Friday, 9-5pm
- Salary range: Up to 10k


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage financial models and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and manage budget performance, ensuring compliance with financial targets.
- Oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial statements.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and address any issues.
- Supervise and mentor finance staff.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Support strategic initiatives with financial insights and analysis.
- Assist in business planning and performance management.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
