Roles and Responsibilities
-Accounts Payable functions include verifying supplier's invoicesinitiating payments, data entry and maintenance & reconciliation
of creditors' ledger.
-Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement.
-Monthly bank and accounts reconciliation.
-Handling staff claims.
-Enter financial transactions into accounting system
-Maintain digital and physical financial records
-Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed Review and file payroll documents File tax returns and ensure all transactions comply with IRAS's regulations
-Undertake instructions from Director for the transactions &
assignments given.
-Manage full sets of accounts
-Other ad hoc duties being assigned from time to time.
Requirements and skills
-Work experience as an Accounting Assistant
-Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
-Familiarity with finance requlations
-Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
-Hands-on experience with MS xcel and accounting software (e.g.MYOB)
-Organization skills
