Responsibilities
- Greeting customers upon arrival and offering refreshments or assistance.
- Station at the reception desk, point where sales journey start.
- Leading customers to meet with sales representatives.
- Maintaining a presentable showroom, ensuring that customer areas are clean and welcoming.
- Assisting in promotional events or activities related to customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality highly preferred.
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
