Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and weekly stock checks, monitor stock levels, and initiate replenishment requests to maintain safe inventory balances.
- Manage storage space and capacity for efficient warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with the planning and customer service teams to oversee stock transfers, returns, and write-offs.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to facilitate daily inventory transfers and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records by performing daily data entry for transfers and receipts in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure operations are cost-effective while complying with quality and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with various departments to address any warehouse inventory issues.
- Safely operate forklift and reach truck when needed, adhering to safety regulations.
- Support the warehouse and logistics manager with additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Proficient in SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
- Detail-oriented, motivated, analytical, and results-driven.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourceful.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
