Location: Novena Govt Sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct various diagnostic tests on patient specimens and report results.
- Receive, sort, and assess specimens for testing; manage data entry and rejection of unsuitable specimens.
- Participate in quality assurance and control programs.
- Provide training to new staff and students.
- Assist in process improvements and support operational matters.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields (e.g., Laboratory Medicine, Biomedical Sciences).
- Candidates with a Diploma in related areas may qualify for a Junior Medical Laboratory Technologist role.
- No prior experience needed, but a strong interest in diagnostic laboratories is preferred.
Requirement:
- Able to work 3-rotating-shift work patterns, including staggered and extended working hours, and coverage after hours and on weekends and public holidays to meet the needs of the department and hospital
