Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging and communicate with customers in a polite, courteous, and constructive manner, actively promoting our services and menu.
- Manage reservations, greet guests, and attend to their needs with grace and efficiency.
- Handle all guest-related matters, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
- Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring seating arrangements match the group size.
- Oversee the flow of guests in and out of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
- Handle day-to-day restaurant reservations, including large group bookings, promptly and respectfully.
- Maintain positive relations with guests and manage the reception area with poise.
- Provide menu recommendations upon request and enhance the guest dining experience by up-selling additional products when appropriate.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to review daily specials, menu changes, and service details for reservations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a restaurant or hotel environment
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality guest service with a welcoming demeanor.
