Shipping Executive
- Basic Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 + AWS & variable Bonus
- Working Days: Mon - Friday 9am -6pm
- Company Office: Keppel Distripark
Working Location: Tai Seng
Responsibilities:
- Handled end to end shipping procedure including bank co-ordination, L/C checking and complete documentation & coordination with bank etc.
- Booking of shipments with internal freight forwarding division
- Liaise closely with the customer service on the actual cargo volume requirement
- Coordinate with warehouse operations for transfer of cargo
- Confirmation of shipping documents, cross-check Bill of Lading with overseas agent.
- Pre-alert of shipment and liaising of shipment issue with overseas agent.
- Update of shipping data to the in-house system
- Performing issuing of invoices of shipments upon receiving confirmation of billing charges and costing.
- Perform issuing of other invoices, manage filing and adhoc administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma holder
- Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in handling all shipping documentation thru Letter of Credit.
- Proficient in MS office
- Short Notice Preferred
