They are seeking a NOC Lead to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and review operating procedures used by operations team that are aligned to recognized best practices.
- Maintain and assign engineer shift working schedules
- Front collaboration with other functional teams
- Collaborate with internal/external teams on on-boarding/off-boarding systems
- Responsible for managing and reporting Service Level Objectives
- Assist in defining and executing goals for continuous improvements
- Build a team culture that thrives on continuous improvement to services monitoring
Requirements:
- Minimally 5 years of relevant working experience in a NOC of which 2 years in the capacity of a NOC Lead/Manager
- Motivated self-starter capable of working on individual tasks as well as team-oriented tasks
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks and escalate as needed
- Skilled in problem solving and learning new technologies
- Ability to manage a multi-cultural team of various ages
- Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM
- Familiarity in networking
- Certification or experience in ITSM, ITOM, and network solutions preferred
- Confident and skilled in preparing and delivering presentations and briefings to stakeholders
