Job Description
· Receiving and attending to requests from walk-in customers, phone calls & any other form of enquiries.
· Making phone calls on behalf of school to parents/partners as part of concierge service.
· Administering room key issuance and tracking movement.
· Follow up on student attendance/late coming/early dismissal
· Monitor the well-being and follow-up on the movements of students in sick bay.
· Item/document delivery and tracking return by staff, students and parents.
· Other admin related duty
Requirements
· Full GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or other relevant and equivalent certifications.
· 3 years experience in front line customer service
· Proficiency in MS Office such as Word and Excel
· Good communication and inter-personal skills
· Pleasant and confident
· 3 years experience working as a front office receptionist in schools, preferably in a secondary school setting
· Certifications in skills relevant to front office reception and administration.
Working hours
· Mondays to Thursdays: 6.45am to 4.15pm inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Fridays: 6.45am to 3.45pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
