Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general administrative tasks and paperwork.
- Assist at the reception, welcoming clients and managing appointments.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives
- Perform additional errands and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly personality with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in computer usage and familiar with basic software applications.
- Presentable and able to communicate effectively.
Working Hours:
- 12 PM to 9 PM, 6 days a week
- Weekday off
