Administrative Assistant

Pyrex Engineering Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general administrative tasks and paperwork.
  • Assist at the reception, welcoming clients and managing appointments.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Perform additional errands and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly personality with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in computer usage and familiar with basic software applications.
  • Presentable and able to communicate effectively.

Working Hours:

  • 12 PM to 9 PM, 6 days a week
  • Weekday off
