Job Description
- Manage imported product quality issue and work closely with manufacturing quality engineer to resolve issue in timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and support investigation with manufacturing engineer overseas
- Provide quality assessment on damages products and products returned from customers
- Conduct and support training activities to cross-functional team in the country
- Work closely with quality leaders on other quality activities (eg. Audit, CAPA)
- Support quality leader for process improvement programs/project
- Support other quality team members in SEA countries when necessary
- Other duties that may be determined by quality leader
Position Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Pharmacy or Science or equivalent
· Has analytical skill, able to interpret information and data for routine operational needs.
· Has good understanding on ISO9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 or GDP/GDPMD
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Quality function
· Certified ISO 13485 or GDPMDS internal auditor is preferred
· Experience with project management is preferred
