Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in collaboration with globally dispersed teams, for campaign planning, analysis, advisory, and coordination of tasks related to campaign workflow development, proofing, and execution.
- Adobe Campaign Classic 7/8: Design, implement, and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
- CDP Management: Build and optimize customer data strategies for personalized targeting and segmentation by integrating CDP.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain high-quality data standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.
- Monitor system performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize based on data analytics.
- Troubleshoot, resolve technical issues and provide platform support to internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest Adobe and marketing technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Adobe Campaign Classic 7/8 configuration, management, and deployment.
- Strong expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), data segmentation, and integration.
- Basic skills for CRM are SQL, XML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, campaign automation workflows, and platform development.
- Fair understanding of marketing technology stacks, data governance, and privacy regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- At Least 3 years of working experience in a relevant field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and other Adobe marketing products.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau) for campaign performance reporting.
- Certification in Adobe Campaign or Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Project Management Skills will add a point
- Experience in ETL integration will be a bonus
