Job Description
· Providing support and assisting general administration in General Office.
· Supporting printing needs of school (e.g. worksheets and documents) when required and ensuring materials are efficiently produced.
· Assisting in maintenance of printing equipment (printers, copiers), including monitoring, and managing of ink, toner, paper supplies to ensure uninterrupted printing.
· Answering the phone calls in a timely manner, including screening and directing calls to the appropriate colleagues. This include taking and relaying of messages where necessary.
· Dealing with enquires by parents, members of public and other stakeholders.
· Assisting in office administration matters and clerical work, including receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries/posts/couriers, maintaining a log book.
· Attending to sick/injured students and contact caregivers (if required), ensuring that all accidents / injuries are appropriately recorded / reported.
· Upkeeping office general conditions, including tidying and maintaining the reception area in the General Office.
Requirements
· O Level certification and equivalent with good communication, and customer service skills.
· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and duties.
· Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in reception and administration in a school environment
· Meticulous and independent.
Working hours
· Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Fridays: 9.00am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Additional info:
· Contract Period: From 1 December 2024 to 31 November 2025 (Services not required during December and June school holidays)
· With option to extend (Discretion)
