Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist the sales team to achieve performance targets and bonuses.
- Manage bookings, purchases, and inquiries from the company's e-commerce platform.
- Address customer inquiries, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
- Develop and pursue leads by meeting clients to expand business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
- Be comfortable using technology and willing to work on weekends (with a scheduled off day on weekdays).

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Proficiency in English to handle customer-related tasks effectively.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Strong sales orientation, eloquence, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift for weekends.
- Experience in setting up and managing an e-commerce platform is an advantage.
- Driving experience will be a plus.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Contract: 3 Months Contract to Permanent
