Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Service not required in June)
Job Description
- Verify and process Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) applications
- Reconcile account statements
- Data entries and maintaining database using specific software and Microsoft excel
- Send applications for screening, verification and approval
- Liaise with SPED schools on applications and outcomes
- Data entries and maintaining SPED staff database (Microsoft excel)
- Process teacher registration
- Collate course registrations
- Liaise with officers in-charge, schools and course providers on course registration matters
- Process letter of appointment and update attendance for temporary staff
- Filing, scanning of document and archiving files
Requirement
- At least polytechnic diploma holder from local polytechnic
- Candidates with 3 years relevant administrative experience in the areas of finance and HR will be preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel for data entry and Word for mail merge
- Systematic approach to tasks and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Takes ownership of tasks, ensures timely completion with a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
