- Position : Project/Site Supervisor (Construction/Electrical) – Up to $4,500
- Location : Office at Toa Payoh | Project Site Based
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + HP Allowance $50 + Up to $250 Transport Allowance + 12 to 18 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of the project assigned by Project Engineer.
- Assist in the requisition of resources for the project such as labour, materials, equipment and others.
- Supervising of sub-contractors work and ensuring safety practices are followed.
- Liaise with affiliated parties for the material delivery.
- To assist engineer to carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment for the projects at the work site.
- Conduct quality checks of sub contractor/vendor works daily.
- Handle site inspections, to arrange and attend to site inspections with RTO.
- Arrange site inspection with client/main contractors representative and update site installation progress
- To update the drafter on site changes regularly.
- Arrange and obtain for permit to work before execution of site.
- Raise non-conformance product report for nonconforming products.
- To ensure proper handover process of project to the customer upon project completion.
- Carried out assignment as detailed by the Senior Manager / Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building / Civil / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in similar capacity under building/construction/engineering industry
- Electrical Background is a must
