Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to track inventory levels and manage stock replenishment, conduct regular stock take
• Handle customs documentation and clearance processes for international shipments
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to streamline operations and resolve any issues
• Monitor and track shipment progress, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain records of shipping and receiving activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide support to the logistics team in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the shipping process
• Maintain and organize expense reports
• Generate and file invoices and purchase orders for B2B suppliers and clients
• Coordinate daily delivery orders and communicate with the delivery team
• Schedule daily walk-in appointments
• Keep customer order statuses updated
• Respond to customer inquiries via mobile, email, and social media platforms
• Follow up with potential customers
• Establish and manage customer profiles using our backend system
• Perform other basic administrative tasks as needed
