Job Duties:
- Liaising with external vendors (Logistics Service Providers) and internal customers
- Ability to pull data from numerous databases and to perform reporting and analysis as needed
- Create and publish performance metrics to assist with driving business results
- Identify and eliminate root causes of defects
- Must be able to work with multiple stakeholder teams to jointly solve problems and implementing standards
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree and above
- Possess strong analytical skills to assess business trends and make data-driven decisions.
- At least 1-2 years in supply chain/ transportation industry
- Proficient in MS Excel to analyse and report complex data sets
