Job Description

  • Developing comprehensive communication plans that align with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Formulating adoption strategies to ensure smooth transition and acceptance of new initiatives.
  • Creating a variety of communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content.
  • Implementing communication strategies to support change management, making sure stakeholders comprehend the changes and their effects.
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to ensure messaging is consistent across the organization.
  • Designing visual aids like charts, graphs, and infographics to effectively communicate complex information.
  • Coordinating training sessions and developing materials to assist stakeholders in adapting to new processes or technologies.
  • Utilizing various communication platforms and tools, such as project management software, collaboration tools, and email marketing platforms, to enhance communication efforts.
  • Gathering and analyzing stakeholder feedback on the effectiveness of communication and making improvements based on this feedback and best practices.
  • Managing multiple work streams and priorities to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Providing strategic communication support for key initiatives, including system upgrades (e.g., from Windows 10 to Windows 11), Data Classification, and Mobile Security enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in communication roles, preferably within IT or technology-focused environments.
  • Proven experience in supporting communication efforts for large-scale projects or within a PMO.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies to support change management initiatives.
  • Good background in creating various communication materials such as presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content.
  • Experience working closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent communication.
  • Proficiency with communication platforms and tools, such as project management software, collaboration tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience in creating visual aids, such as charts, graphs, and infographics, to convey complex information effectively.
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze stakeholder feedback and implement continuous improvements in communication practices.
  • Experience providing communication support for strategic IT initiatives, such as system upgrades, data classification projects, or security enhancements.
