Our client, A market leader in the production, research, and sales of lubricant additives, is seeking a Customs Specialist to join their dynamic team based in Singapore’s Harbourfront area.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of import and export activities, compliance with international trade regulations, and optimizing customs procedures.

Responsibilities:-
- Manage and coordinate the customs clearance process for shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Prepare and review necessary customs documentation, including import/export paperwork, to facilitate smooth clearance.
- Stay up-to-date with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade laws to ensure all activities adhere to legal requirements.
- Communicate with customs officials, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to address any issues or delays.
- Identify and resolve any customs-related issues that arise during the import/export process.
Requirements:-
- Associate degree or higher; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of international logistics experience in Singapore; knowledge of foreign trade and import/export processes.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable travelling to Harbourfront daily for work.
