As a Building Officer, you will supervise the building services operation, maintenance work and renovation projects in the Airfreight Terminals and its’ ancillary buildings.
Salary & Remuneration:
Basic salary from S$2,600 - S$3,000 (Depending on experience)
+ Signing bonus $5,000!
+ Shift allowance up to S$240 + OT
+ AWS
+ Annual Performance Bonus
Requirements:
- Possess minimally a Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Must be able to work rotating shifts
- Good interpersonal skills as well as be able to lead and supervise a team
- Experience in managing terminal building services and maintenance will be an advantage
