Job Description
- Ensure all trade-related documents are processed accurately and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Oversee trade settlements, payments, and confirmations to ensure timely execution of transactions.
- Monitor and manage operational risks by resolving discrepancies and working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with various stakeholders such as banks to facilitate smooth trade flows and address any issues that arise.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong understanding of international trade finance instruments such as letters of credit and documentary collections.
- Ability to meticulously handle trade documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Capability to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues quickly to prevent transaction delays or risks.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring smooth trade operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office
